The indicated sizes are the measurements of the embroidered part of the belt. Every belt has an extra extended piece of fabric of 60 cm on both sides in total. So for example: if your waist size is +/- 80 cm, I would recommend to order a belt size +/- 70 cm. Than you will have enough fabric to tie your belt the way you want to!
